Doctor is very patient and will listen to what you are saying and he explained my problems in a simple way also he allowed me to share my concerns.The staff over there were excellent.Overall nice experience.

I always found him to be very patient & will listen to what your saying & will have conversations with you about what's going on or any issues or concerns you might have. His staff are excellant very friendly & no one makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Awde for any issues you have

Amazing receptionists. Dr. Awde has an amazing bed side manner and is very thorough, friendly and attentive. He remembers you and he follows up! One of the best experiences I have ever had with a Dr. hands down!

This is horrible. Dr. might be okay but his staff are horrible. No reminder for when the dentist appointment was scheduled for but rushed to charge for a missed appointment which we were not aware of. We were referred to this dentistry from an orthodontist who had her business in the same complex and it was just for convenience. We’d never go back to this dentist again unless they improve the quality of service.

Doctor is good at gum surgery. Front desk staff: one is very unfriendly and one is very friendly.

Dr. Awde usually does a great job but, I was told at the end of my cleaning that Dr. Awde wasn't available so he didn't have time to see me unless I waited over an hour when I already waited 30 minutes to get into my appointment. When I received my bill it was higher than it ever has been. I asked why it was so expensive and was told that it was the same price whether you get to see the Dr. or not even though they know I don't have benefits and have to go 4 times yearly. The receptionist then called me after I left and left an extremely rude voicemail. This is the last time I'll trust or spend any money here. I run a business and would never charge a customer for something they didn't receive. Terrible way to run a business.

Dr Awde is knowledgeable, talented, and takes the time to explain things to his patients. I have never felt rushed, and my questions and concerns have always been addressed. A rare thing in medical practices these days.

Terrible Customer Service. Staff are rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
